I would like to start off with: "**** why did I not do this earlier". Ami Benson is the best sales lady in the business. I have had nothing but, good service from her even before I decided to purchase my 1501C machine. I sent an email online and got a call the next day. Ami, was not pushy she was very helpful and informative. I left Mesa after my tour of the facilities wanting to purchase every machine Mesa manufactures. I got my machine with in a couple of days and I was up and running. Business has been good and I am going to purchase another 2 machines at the beginning of the year. Ami, get ready I am coming back and I don't want to deal with anyone but, you.
PS: Jessica & Jay thanks for your support on my classes.

I have to mention that I have had excellent support with my SWF. My tech, Dale Korems is fantastic and Marc Johnson my salesman has gone above and beyond even after the sale. I have also been very fortunate that when I've called Mesa with questions my phone calls have been returned very quickly if I've had to leave a message. I am one very happy customer and I know that there are others out there also.
Naturally it's easy to find fault with everything when things aren't going right, far easier to complain (as you will probably read about) than to throw a good word out there when things are going well, so I'm throwing that good word out there.
Don't throw in the towel yet as you have the opportunity to be that very happy customer too. You might find that just posting your concern might get to the person that it needs to, to get your questions answered and get you the information that you need.

We spent a good time doing research on embroidery machines and decided to purchase SWF and your salesman in Northern California was a principal reason for that decision. I recently got your name from a person on the SWF Owners Group (on Yahoo!)...Anyway, I was initially looking for information on SWF machines because my wife and I were in the market for a new machine to upgrade out home-business with.
Our first machine was a used Toyota 820ESP Expert machine, that recently had started messing up so we began shopping for a new machine and zeroed in on several candidates; among them, Melco Amaya (which we had seen demo'd a year or so earlier...One of our biggest concerns was local technical service, which was lacking with Toyota.
I spoke with the local Melco rep a few times about her machine, and it seemed like the speed was the Amaya's biggest claim to fame, but frankly I was a bit unsure of the "automated-ness" of the machine —if something broke down, a tech would almost surely be needed, but at least they were local to the Bay Area. As you probably know, Toyota is handled by Data Stitch in Texas, and the sales rep there was very helpful, but they had a sales team in Anaheim that she passed me on to. Well, they didn't call me or return my emails, and after a week or two, I decided that I was not interested in that kind of service. So, after a couple of weeks of gathering information, I called Thomas Bartlett, your sales rep in Sacramento, to see what SWF had to offer.
From the beginning, Thomas was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We discussed the 1501 machine and the trouble I was having with my Toyota machine — which he had some suggestions for. He seemed very willing to spend as much time on the phone as we needed, discussing various aspects of not only his machine and software, but also the embroidery business in general. We spoke a few more times on the phone, before we made arrangements to go by the Sac office for a demo. After meeting Thomas in person, and the demo, we were sure that our new machine would be the SWF. He went out of his way to make sure my family and I (yes, he got to deal with both my wife and I, and both our teenage daughters) were comfortable, took a good deal of time and answered all our questions. In short, he made the business deal what we feel it should be — a pleasureable, win-win situation for both parties...

I have had my SWF for two years now..... never had a real breakdown yet.....knock on wood......I have broken two needles in that time......my own fault..of course......never had a lesson on the machine or the software and it is by far the easiest machine and software that I have used. SWF is the greatest. I have owned other machines.....and this is the best.

Please convey my appreciation to Linda Schuster for the outstanding job she did in providing training for myself and my staff on our embroidery system. It is very easy to come to Hawaii and get caught up in the mystic of the island and loose focus on the business (at) hand, however Linda came to teach, and quite frankly, gave us more of her time then I expected.
Either we were slow to learn or Linda had a lot of information to convey to us because she spent 7 to 8 hours per day providing instruction while spending over 1 hour per day commuting. Point being, she did not have much time on the beach. Although Linda spent most of her time training two of my staff members, she did force me to learn something, a feat in itself.
Linda provided a wealth of information which we we retain, some of which we will call and ask why, but centainly she has prepared us to embark on our quest to provide embroidery service to our customers.
We thank you for sending a person who came with a purpose, was very knowledgeable in her field, and most importantly skilled in conveying her knowledge to us. It was a pleasure to have her expertise for the week.

My wife and I made the decision to begin a home based embroidery business about three months ago. When we made this decision, we began shopping around looking for the necessary equipment and training that a new business in this industry would require. Most of the companies that we contacted were either unable, or unwilling to take the time to answer our questions about the industry and their equipment. The last company I contacted was MESA Distributors, Inc. I phoned James Schukart at the Tempe, AZ office looking for answers. Mr. Schukart was very polite and took the time to answer a few simple questions over the telephone. After all of my frustrating conversations with other vendors, I was excited to finally find someone who was eager to help with our new business venture. I drove 100 miles that morning to meet with Mr. Schukart in person. I spent several hours asking all kinds of questions about his products and service. During our meeting Mr. Schukart displayed geniune interest in making sure that I was getting everything I was looking for, and made me feel excited and comfortable about making a purchase from your company. Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised to receive phone calls and emails from Mr. Schukart as we progressed through the purchasing process. He kept us informed every step of the way and was always able to answer questions that we had. Mr Schukart has made a tremendous effort to ensure our satisfaction throughout this entire process, and for that we are extremely grateful. It is obvious that Mr. Schukart takes pride in his work and believes in taking care of the customer, no matter if they are making a small purchase or a large one. I believe that Mr. Schukart is an absolute asset to your organization.
...I have worked as a Firefighter/Paramedic in Tucson for the past 10 years. Customer service is one of the largest driving forces of my profession. Over the years I have taken and instructed many Customer Service classes, and in every one of them they referred to what is called the "WOW factor". Alan Brunacini is the Fire Chief of Phoenix Fire Department in Arizona and is known around the world as one of the most progressive and respected Fire Chiefs in the profession. Chief Brunacini has talked extensively about this "WOW factor" in many of his books...I am very pleased to say that your organization, Jim Schukart, Louis Wilson, and Jay Benko have provided us with this elusive "WOW factor".
The level of service that all of you have provided has far exceeded our expections, and we certainly look forward to a long business relationship with all of you as we progress in this industry. We would definitely recommend your company to anyone who is looking to purcahse equipment or begin a new embroidery business. Thank you for everything!
